Higher Education Management Information System (HE-MIS) for the ten public universities (Track II)
The main objectives of the MIS component of the project is to design and develop an information system to collect, analyse and disseminate data, information, and reports at the following tri-levels in the Jordanian public university system:
1. University Operational Level
2. University Executive Level
3. MoHESR/Higher Education Council (HEC) Level
To this effect, the consultant will redesign the following modules:
1. Student Information Management System
2. Human Resources including Payroll and Financial Management Systems;
3. Material and Assets Management System (Inventory and Supplies system).
The final MIS product will be implemented in each of the universities allowing all levels to utilise the system in their daily, decision-making, reporting and planning activities.
